Easily pay for snacks, drinks, and school supplies cashless: The Bling School Kiosk is a ready-to-use, TSE-compliant POS system and can be seamlessly integrated with Bling Mensa.

Products and product groups can be easily created in the portal and are then immediately available for sale at the terminal. This allows you to flexibly and individually design your offerings with any number of items.

We provide a fully TSE-compliant POS system that makes every accounting task a breeze. Every sale is automatically signed, and every receipt is seamlessly numbered. Reports are available at the touch of a button – as CSV, Excel, or PDF – ready for handover to tax advisors or accounting, and directly usable in DATEV.
Parents top up credit, and children pay with their card. Thanks to smart search, they can instantly find what they need, even in large product ranges. Every purchase is displayed immediately, and spending limits or allowed product groups can be set if desired.

The Bling school kiosk works wherever sales are made at schools or educational institutions. The system is adaptable — here are a few examples:
Pretzels, fruit, drinks during the main break. Tap your card on the terminal, select and tap your items — no change, no stress.
Notebooks, pens, copy cards — directly on-site, cashless, and documented.
Pay for snacks and drinks in after-school care using the card. Parents can see what was spent on the balance.
School hoodies, T-shirts, caps — no separate cash register needed. Also properly manages larger amounts and different tax rates.
Sell at school festivals and events cashless — with complete accounting, VAT, and Z-report at the end of the day.

Yes. The Bling school kiosk is fully TSE-compliant according to the Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV). This means you are on the safe side, without having to worry about it yourself.
Products and product groups can be easily created in the online portal and are immediately available at the terminal. You can design the assortment flexibly and individually, with any number of items. If your organization uses full-service, we take care of all maintenance for you.
Meal participants identify themselves via chip card, or you can use the search function on the terminal. You choose the payment model yourself: prepayment via balance or bundled billing with parents via direct debit.
Yes. The school kiosk functions entirely as a standalone system. However, those who already use Bling Canteen can connect both — the same card, the same balance for canteen and kiosk.
Yes. Parents can set spending limits per day, week, or month and, if desired, block certain product groups. Every purchase is also displayed directly in the parent account.
The school kiosk can be used anywhere sales occur in schools or educational institutions: for break sales, stationery sales, after-school care, school events, or merchandise. Different VAT rates (0%, 7%, 19%) are also correctly accounted for.
Yes. The Bling school kiosk comes with its own deposit system. Deposit returns are processed directly at the terminal and automatically credited to the balance.
The card is the easiest way. Alternatively, students can also be found using the search function at the terminal, in case they forget their card or if working without a chip card.

We would be happy to show you in a personal meeting how Bling relieves teachers, school administration, preschools, operators, and parents.
